Asbestos Testing

NIH’s Asbsestos Consulting Services include asbestos surveys, bulk sampling and analysis, project management, asbestos abatement design, and construction demolition oversight services.

Lead Paint Testing

NIH’s personnel are trained an accredited under current EPA regulations as lead inspectors and risk assesors and are experienced in performing lead-based paint surveys using both bulk paint chip sampling methods and non-destructive X-Ray fluorescence (XRF) technologies

Meth Testing

Wet Wipe Testing: This is a sensitive method that detects even the minute traces of meth. It detects drug on household surfaces and even skin and saliva.

Indoor Air Quality Testing

NIH has extensive experience in monitoring and interpreting sample results documenting bioaerosol (bacteria and fungi) levels in many types of buildings. NIH’s personnel are also experienced in collecting various types of air samples for laboratory analysis including volatile organic compounds, formaldehyde, airborne dusts and fibers.

Training

NIH provides EPA-accredited initial and refresher asbestos training classes.

Personnel Exposure Monitoring

NIH provides Personal Exposure Monitoring which involves measuring a person’s exposure by testing the air that the person would breathe regardless of where the person moves in the workplace.
